November Dining – Night vibes at The Nine Sydney

the-nine-sydney-dinner1I was recently invited to a pop-up dinner at The Nine Sydney with 121BC and Giorgio da Mario wines. I have been frequenting this chilled establishment for sometime now for lunch, coffee and cocktails, but this was my first opportunity to try it out at night.

Food was by 121BC an amazing enoteca in Surry Hills, and organic natural wines were provided by Giorgio de Maria’s Fun Wines for the night. The Nine had everything I love and enjoy, with a little bit of Italy for the night in Bondi Beach.

Owners Julie and Sebastian have really found a niche in Bondi, with their venue having a fun, chilled vibe focusing on specialty and artisan produce and beverages. The staff are professional, know their stuff, yet are relaxed which lends itself to the overall ambience.

With a regular dinner service scheduled to start mid-December, The Nine Sydney looks like becoming my mid-week local for dinner, and if it’s anything like their breakfast and lunch options I am beyond excited to try their new menu with some cocktails. Perfect for our summer evenings away from the chaos and crowds on Campbell Parade.
